Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
Mike

Dylan is a lovely calm boy who gets on so well with other dogs he loves his walks and is so playful. He reguarly comes back to be groomed by Danielle and catch up with the news.

I just had to leave a message to thank Jean for all her help. There is no-one who loves cockers more, and who is more knowledgeable and helpful.
Even at the end of a tiring day, Jean could talk for England about cockers, her own and those of other breeders who breed from bitches or dogs born at Ormesguarde.
Thank you Jean for all your help and advice, from Nick and myself. Your dogs are all lovely, happy and so well cared for. I recommend Ormesguarde to anyone who is serious about getting a lovely cocker.

Hi Jean and Tom
It's lovely to see all the new members of your family. Darwin from Sadie's first litter is now a year old and has grown into a lovely cocker spaniel.
Best Wishes Alison

Hi Jean & Tom. My mum got in touch with you after a neighbour with a gorgeous cocker recommended you and we're very much looking forward to coming to see you sometime soon and hopefully taking home one of your pups in the summer.
We sadly had to have our 15-year-old border collie put to sleep just after Christmas and the house feels so empty without her - we can't wait to get to know a puppy again

Hello, your website is lovely - what beautiful dogs. Our beloved George (Cavalier King Charles spaniel) passed away in April last yr and our family now feels ready to welcome our next four-legged family member. We would love a solid colour cocker - golden or liver. I wonder if you have any due? Kind regards, Bridget

Just to say that we're so excited at the prospect of getting a puppy (already named Alfie!) from you; the 5 hour drive doesn't put us off at all as we know it'll be worth it. Fingers crossed! Look forward to hearing from you when the pups are born. With love, Kelly & Dan
